The _space group team are creating a three-phased scheme with a true ‘wow’ factor that currently includes thermal chimneys with windcatchers, coloured louvred facades, solar panels and wide use of locally sourced brick that contributes to the thermal mass of the development.
Topographically, our team has to look at constructing various components on different levels, due to gradients as severe as 1 in 6, which has encouraged us to be creative in our designs.
